Career Burnout Coaching Consultation

Thank you so much for your interest in True North’s career burnout coaching package! Coaching works best when it’s a synergistic partnership and in order for it to be most effective, it’s important that your goals, timeline and expectations align to those of your coach. Your thoughtful responses to the below questions will help determine whether there is alignment between my approach and your needs, or whether a referral to a different coach might be a better option.

My coaching practice is geared at helping high performing women who are hard on themselves find peace and develop meaningful careers they are proud of. If you’ve ever thought you suffer from impostor syndrome or constantly worry that you’re going to get found out or are not doing enough, you’ll probably benefit immensely from this process.

Conundrums to come see me for, or in other words, the big messy things I love to help women grapple with:

  • How can I find a career where I get to use my gifts?

  • I struggle with confidence. Help!

  • Is this all there is?

  • Why am I so hard on myself? Is this normal?

  • I feel like I’m living a version of groundhog day, doing the same thing day in and day out.

  • How can I get rid of this impostor syndrome?

  • I need more work / life balance.

  • I thought if I made it to this point in my career I’d be happy, but I’m not.

  • How do I get promoted?

  • How do I get into a leadership role?

  • On paper everything looks great, but I still feel like something is missing.

  • I’m exhausted and burnt out.

What I don’t focus on, or in other words, the tactical aspects that are a no brainer once you’ve figured out the big messy things:

  • Job search tips

  • Resume

  • LinkedIn Profile

On these fronts there are resources I can share, but the value I provide is grappling with the big messy questions, helping you build clarity, confidence and compassion for self.
